This is one of the easiest snack i came across !!! Morning Rush, loads of work, this breakfast idea will make mornings Crispier, happier and healthier !!! Give it a try! It’s Simple!
2 Medium sized boiled potatoes
1 inch finely chopped ginger
2 green chillies
1 medium sized Onion
1/4th tbsp turmeric
1/4th tbsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp lemon juice
Shredded Cheese (optional)
2 tbsp of Oil (for frying)
Salt to taste
Take the boiled potatoes in a bowl and crush them nicely so that no lumps are there. Now heat some oil in a pan, put green chillies and ginger into it and fry them. Now add finely chopped onion in the oil and fry it till brown. Add the crushed potatoes into the mix and saute it for some time. Now add all the spices and fry for some time.
Add some shredded cheese to the mix.
Now take a slice of bread and cut its edges. Flatten the bread with a rolling pin. Put some stuffing at one end of the bread and roll it. Seal the other end of the bread by applying some water.
Now in a heated pan, put a little amount of butter and toast the bread rolls. Keep rolling the bread rolls. Once they are done, take them off the pan and serve them hot with ketchup/ green chutney and some fresh Tea!!
