Today I made one of the most quick yet tasty recipe that is “Sooji & Bread Toast”. It takes about 10 minutes to prepare this mouth watering dish. Because of it’s simplicity I would recommend all to try it once!
Kids are gonna love it !!!!
Here goes the recipe………..
1 cup Semolina (Sooji)
1/2 cup cream
4-5 Bread Slices
1 medium sized onion
2-3 Spring onions
1-2 green chillies (depends on taste)
1 tbsp. salt
1/4 tbsp. red chilli powder
1-2 tbsp. of ghee/ butter
You can add more veggies like carrot, corn, peas etc according to your taste.
Mix Semolina and cream in a bowl. It should come out as a thick paste. And if the paste is very thick add 2-3 tbsp. of milk to it. Now add all the chopped veggies to it. Mix well and add salt and red chilli powder. The mixture is ready…
