Method

Make a soft dough out of the flour and water. Knead it till it becomes soft and smooth. Add oil into it.

Grate the Broccoli florets with the help of a grater. You can also grind the Broccoli in a grinder. In the grated broccoli add some salt and keep it aside for 5 mins. It will leave water, squeeze it tightly with your palms to remove excessive water.

Now heat a pan on medium heat and put 1-2 tbsp of olive oil into it. Once the oil heats up add the grated broccoli to it. Saute it for 2-3 minutes by adding some more salt, red chilli powder and garam masala. Once sauteed, put the heat off and take the mixture in a plate.

For the paratha, make a small ball from the dough and roll it to make a circle. Spread some flour and put the stuffing in the center of the rolled dough. The flour will absorb the excessive water of the stuffing. Now carefully close the paratha from the center so the the stuffing does not come out. Softly start rolling the paratha with light hands by dusting it with flour on both the sides.

On a medium heated tawa, cook the paratha from both sides. When you start observing brown spots, sprinke some oil and cook for some more time.

The Parathas are ready. Serve hot with green chutney or dahi!!

Enjoy
